Univision has come up with a new reality show that pits journalists for a job on one of their shows.
Is it any wonder, I decided to get out of the business in 1992.

If jobs are so scarce that you have to win on on a reality TV series, then it's a skill set that has no value. Luckily most news organizations aren't like Univision.
