Miama Herald reviews Gustavo Cisnero's Venevision

Through its array of companies, Venevisión can sign an artist to its record label, promote the artist in its TV shows, sell the song as a ringtone, use the song as a soundtrack in its soap operas and put the artist on a concert tour.

''What Cisneros has been able to do brilliantly is create true synergy,'' says Jerry Haar, associate dean and business professor at Florida International University. ``It's a combination of management and vision.''
