Miama Herald reviews Gustavo Cisnero's Venevision

Through its array of companies, VenevisiĆ³n can sign an artist to its record label, promote the artist in its TV shows, sell the song as a ringtone, use the song as a soundtrack in its soap operas and put the artist on a concert tour.

''What Cisneros has been able to do brilliantly is create true synergy,'' says Jerry Haar, associate dean and business professor at Florida International University. ``It's a combination of management and vision.''
